Notary Fees

 This fee applies to the first notarized signature per person on a document, in accordance with Texas state notary fees. Additional signatures are charged separately. 

 This fee applies to each additional notarized signature by the same individual on the same or separate documents during the same appointment. 

 Fee applies when the notary administers a verbal oath or affirmation, typically for affidavits, sworn statements, or depositions. 

 This fee applies when the notary records and transcribes a witness deposition. Charged at $1 per 100 words, as allowed by Texas state law. 

This fee applies when the notary formally protests the non-payment or non-acceptance of a negotiable instrument, such as a bill of exchange or promissory note. about this item.

 This fee applies to each additional notice delivered to parties involved in a protested document, beyond the initial required notice. 

 Applies to notarial protests outside of bills or notes, including formal declarations of non-performance or dishonor of other legal obligations. 

 Applies when the notary certifies a copy of a non-recordable document as a true and accurate reproduction of the original. 

 This fee applies to providing an uncertified copy of a notarial record book entry, charged per page, upon proper request. 

 We act as the authorized representative to complete Section 2 of the Form I-9 for remote or out-of-state hires. Service includes identity and document verification at your location. Travel fees apply.
